All models should arrive prepared with model bag essentials, manicured nails (french or natural/solid color is ok) and light foundation applied, unless otherwise specified by the MUA.

Studio rates can change without notice. Studio Rate include all costs for editing and processing of photo material up-to 20 images. If this number is exceeded, additional editing fees may apply. If extensive travel and/or lodging is necessary, adjustment to rates may apply. By intent (booking an appointment or agreeing to work with romen cole photography), CLIENTS, MODELS, MAKE UP ARTISTS and HAIR STYLISTS are agreeing to be held to the conditions set forth by the standing disclosure agreement, even before contracted work commences.

*CANCELLATIONS: Photographer MUST be notified of cancellations within 48hrs of contracted shoot; upon which half of the deposit can be refunded. Any notification after this point, the full amount of the deposit will be forfeit. NOTE: Commercial prices do not include Support Team rates (e.g. hair, makeup or styling/directing services).This is a approximation of rates that is subject to change at anytime &without notice. Should the details or arrangements change, increasing or decreasing the agreed upon amount will be discussed at that time.
